Verification Requirements for Accreditation of Principals and License Application

A. Documentary Requirements

  • Manpower Request/Job Order (Stating request for manpower from Philippine agency and stipulating the positions, number of workers required, salaries, etc.)

    • Must be notarised/authenticated by a Solicitor/Notary Public in UK/Ireland and thereafter legalized by the UK FCO/Department of Foreign Affairs, Ireland)
  • Special Power of Attorney / Recruitment Agreement

    • Must be notarised by a Solicitor/Notary Public in UK/Ireland and
    thereafter legalized by the UK FCO/Department of Foreign Affairs, Ireland
  • Master Employment Contract

    • Must be notarised by a Solicitor/Notary Public in UK/Ireland and
    thereafter legalized by the UK FCO/Department of Foreign Affairs, Ireland)
  • Certified true copy of Employer’s Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
  • Copy of POEA Valid License or, if still applying, copy of certification from POEA that the Philippine agency is a prospective applicant
  • Other supporting documents

B. Procedures & Fees

  • Present the above documents with one (1) photocopy set to the Office of the Labor Attache, Philippine Embassy
  • If found complete and in order, the same will be processed, stamped
    verified and signed
  • Pay the verification fee of £ 7.15 each for the: (i) manpower request/job
    order; (ii) Special Power of Attorney/Recruitment agreement; (iii) Master Employment contract; (iv) Employer’s certificate of registration/incorporation.
  • Payment should be done in cash or postal money order only.
  • Present the documents to the Consular Section, Philippine Embassy, and pay the authentication fee of £ 18.00 for each of the verified documents.
  • Wait for the release of the documents.
