Certificate of Non-Availability of Philippine-flagged Vessel to Transport Goods to the Philippines

If no Philippine-flagged vessel is in the UK/Ireland/Iceland to transport goods/products to the Philippines, exporters must send the following requirements to the Philippine Embassy: 

  • 1. Completed waiver application form (FBCC No.1) 
    2. Certificate of Non-Availability (obtained from Aramar Agencies (London) Ltd. with address at 2/F, No.18 Buckingham Gate, London SW1 6LB, tel. nos. 0207 932 9685, and fax nos. 0207 931 9387
    3. Copy of the invoice
    4. Bill of lading or airway bill 
    5. Letter of credit 
    6. Fee of GBP 36.00 in cash, British postal money order or bank draft (payable to the Philippine Embassy)

Air freight shipments to agencies on corporations of the Philippine government and organizations enjoying tax exemptions will require a certification from the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy that there is no Philippine-flagged carrier Exporters must submit the following requirements:

1. Completed FBBC No. 1
2. Sales invoice 
3. Bill of lading or airway bill
4. Letter of credit
5. Fee of GBP 36.00 in cash of British postal money order or bank draft payable to the Philippine Embassy
